Dear Readers,

It’s a new year and I wish you a year of happiness and success. It’s an exciting year for me. Many of you have been reading this newsletter since 2000. We met when I spoke to your group or at a networking event. I am very grateful to have you in my community. In 2000 I was awarded the designation of Master Certified Coach, MCC, from the International Coaching Federation. There are Associate Certified Coaches, ACC, and Professional Certified Coaches, PCC. Only 4% of certified coaches are MCC’s.

I’m sharing this with you, because in December my certification was expiring. I needed 52 hours of continuing coaching education units. Was it possible? Was it worth it? Do clients and prospects care? Well, I made the decision to go for it. So I found courses that I could take by the end of 2023. I took a 30 hour course in 3 days. A little crazy, but I loved it. And, of course, I found the other 22 hours I needed, and I got my renewal. I always loved networking and speaking, but since Covid, I did none of the above.

Well, now that I have my renewal, I am BACK! I went to several networking events in the past few weeks and I am doing a zoom presentation this week (my first). And, of course, now it’s all about social media. I updated my website and I am getting active on LinkedIn. I even recorded a few videos last week which will get posted. I don’t like to make things about me, but I wanted to share my plan for 2024 as you have been a part of my professional life for many years.
